mobile and VR and health station / kiosk applications (“the App”).

  When you create or log into your CareSpace account from any digital location (web,
  mobile, kiosk, Meta Quest), we collect your name, email address, and any credentials
  associated with your CareSpace account.

  Optional information such as age, gender, or mobility goals may be collected to further
  personalize your experience.

1.2. Automatically Collected Information

• Body and Movement Data:
  Using computer vision and motion tracking, the app captures body posture, movement,
  and range-of-motion data to deliver AI-powered mobility analysis and recommendations.
  
  Note: This data is processed in real-time and used to generate insights within CareSpace.
• Device and Technical Data:
  Includes headset or device model, operating system, app or web version, IP address,
  and general usage metrics.
• Session Data:
  Information about your interactions within the digital environment (web, mobile, kiosk,
  Meta Quest), such as exercises performed, session duration, and feedback metrics.

1.3. Optional Media Access

If you enable camera access or motion sensors, we use this to enhance the digital experience
(e.g., body tracking, environment calibration) on a given device (web, mobile, kiosk, Meta Quest).
You can disable these permissions anytime in your device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Deliver and personalize your CareSpace experience.
• Measure mobility, posture, and movement to recommend personalized care pathways.
• Improve AI models and the overall user experience (using aggregated, anonymized data).
• Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.

As a HIPAA compliant system, we do not sell your data. We only share information under the
following conditions:

• With Your Consent:
  If you choose to share your movement reports or progress with your healthcare provider,
  organization, or coach.
• With Service Providers:
  De-identified data with trusted partners who assist with data processing, cloud storage,
  analytics, or technical support — all bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
• For Legal or Safety Reasons:
  When required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CareSpace, its users,
  or others.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal
obligations, or resolve disputes. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained for analytics
and product improvement.
